A leading property investment and management company is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join its Management Team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on property professional with proven experience managing retail, commercial, and mixed-use property portfolios. The successful candidate will oversee approximately 12–15 company-owned properties with a combined Gross Lettable Area (GLA) of approximately 100,000m², ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and long-term asset performance.
