Property Management Surveyor

Hays Property & Surveying are seeking a Property Management Surveyor to join a well-established independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Salisbury.
The firm has built a strong reputation across Wiltshire and Hampshire, delivering expert advice across both residential andmercial property. Their success is underpinned by a team of highly qualified professionals offering in-depth local knowledge and aprehensive range of services.
Themercial department works with a diverse client base, including corporate occupiers, private investors, institutional funds, and propertypanies. Services provided include Agency, Valuation, Lease Advisory, and Property Management.
The firm is looking to appoint a Property Management Surveyor at either Senior Surveyor or Associate level. The successful candidate will be based in the Salisbury office and will take responsibility for managing property portfolios across the South and South West of England.
