Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff/Senior Accountant to play a key role in strengthening financial reporting accuracy and acting as a quality control layer across accounting processes . This role will act as a key layer above accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, strengthening controls, and contributing to the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial reporting, variance analysis, and collaboration with Property Managers to support budgeting and overall financial performance.
