**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team and oversee the maintenance of over 50 properties across the state. This role involves performing unit turnovers when new tenants move in, handling work orders sent to your phone, and performing a variety of maintenance tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform unit turnovers when new tenants move in.
+ Receive and complete work orders sent to your phone.
+ Conduct painting tasks as needed.
+ Perform light plumbing tasks, including snaking drains, fixing toilets, and installing new sinks.
+ Patch drywalls and sheetrock.
+ Replace light bulbs.
+ Maintain grounds as needed.
+ Repair or replace light fixtures.
+ Conduct light carpentry work, such as fixing door frames or handrails.
+ Assist with tasks not requiring licensed tradesmen.
