Our client is seeking a proactive and driven Property Maintenance Liaison Officer to join their property management team in Port Elizabeth. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across a portfolio of commercial properties, serving as the primary point of contact between tenants, contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
