Property Maintenance Coordinator

Role Description
The Property Maintenance Coordinator schedules and coordinates the preventative maintenance program for all the company’s owned and leased properties. The Property Maintenance Coordinator works closely with Kal Tire store managers, trade contractors, and others who are involved in the repairs and maintenance process. This person is the main point of contact and first response for preventative maintenance work and service calls. 
Responsibilities
Building Services Administration
Sort & Dispatch building service tickets to appropriate people in RE&C and vendors.
Dispatch service requests from all store locations: Issue POs for the service. Track and follow up with the contractor and the store. Close service ticket. Process invoice. Update the master Preventative Maintenance Log.
