We’re looking for an experienced Property & Facilities Manager to provide strategic leadership over Thames‑Coromandel District Council’s diverse and complex property portfolio.

About the Role

This senior role shapes how Council plans, manages and future‑proofs a portfolio of more than 800 properties, including over 150 buildings, heritage assets, reserves, and a wide mix of community, emergency and commercial leases.

Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you’ll provide trusted strategic advice and lead the development and delivery of Council’s property and facilities management approach. You’ll ensure the portfolio continues to support service delivery, community outcomes and financial sustainability, while maintaining high standards of operational performance.
