Property Engineer

The Property Engineer is responsible for the technical aspects of the assigned property and supervision of technical personnel. He/she is to ensure effective and efficient operation of the managed property, it’s equipment and machineries with the highest level of integrity and excellence.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS

• Ensure that all building equipment are operating at their specified operating hours.
• Responsible for the timely renewal of all machineries’ relevant and statutory permits.
• Familiar with all equipment manuals in order to be able to prepare and implement the preventive maintenance program for all equipment.
• Prepare and monitor all preventive maintenance forms for all equipment and machine rooms.
• Assist all technical personnel on the specification of all equipment and maintenance programs.
