We are looking for a Full-time Property Caretaker / maintenance person for our apartment building in Saint Paul, MN . !

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
