What You’ll be Doing

  • Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external
  • Oversee the rental arrears collection process
  • Assist when necessary with the day to day running of centre rent collections
  • Complete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
  • Raise monthly charges
  • Process workflows
  • Maintain databases
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Start of day/end of day procedure with customer service desk
  • Reconciliation and banking of gift card takings
  • Complete petty cash reconciliations
