Job Summary

The Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property appraisals through desk reviews and on-site inspections to support loans, restructuring, foreclosure, dacion, and property sales endorsed by various business units.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the requesting party/contact person on the property requested for appraisal.

Prepare desk appraisal to establish market values using internal and external sources such as internet, broadsheets, Classified Ads or inquiries from known Real Estate Brokers or Agents.
