NOW HIRING LICENSED PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE AGENTS IN PITTSTON, PA!
***This role will be fully onsite and require flexibility to work shifts between 8am-9pm***
Overview:
+ Maintaining industry leading service standards by providing prompt service and one call resolution.
+ Availability and dependability to multitask between systems and job duties such as documentation, taking calls, following up on items as needed.
+ Highly focused on a total team environment to create a great culture that centers around servicing the customer and creating growth for the company.
Day to Day:
+ Most calls will be from current clients who have questions about their policy
+ Performing requested changes or updates to accounts
+ Grow existing client relationships
+ Saving cancel requests
+ Setting up autopay
+ Timely entry of all inbound leads
+ Commission is available in this position
