Property Accountant

Westdell Development Corp. is a commercial and residential development company based in London, Ontario that has been developing and managing a growing portfolio of Commercial, Office, and Residential Properties for over 25 years. Our busy office is looking to fill the position of Property Accountant. If you have accounting experience in the Real Estate industry, we look forward to hearing from you!

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, tenant reconciliations, Yardi software, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

• Maintain and complete monthly reporting, including the preparation of Bank and HST Reconciliations, monthly journal entries, and financial statements.
