In this senior role, you will be responsible for the entire accounting cycle, from journal entries to detailed financial statement reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize property-level accounting and operational insights, making significant contributions to the portfolio's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute monthly accounting cycle for commercial properties
• Maintain fixed assets and prepare amortization tasks
• Conduct financial statement reviews and recovery calculations
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and deadlines
• Support audit and property appraisal activities
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in commercial property accounting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting
• Working towards accounting designation preferred
