Position Summary: Responsible for managing the financial operations of a portfolio of condominium and HOA properties. This role requires strong accounting skills, organization, and experience with AppFolio. Ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties
+ Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow reports
+ Reconcile bank, reserve, and general ledger accounts
+ Oversee accounts payable and support accounts receivable processes
+ Monitor collections and assist with delinquency reporting
