Propensity Modeler (US)

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Propensity Modeler to support a sales-focused data science team by building and refining predictive models that identify which accounts are most likely to convert or expand. This person will use Python and SQL to analyze sales pipeline data, evaluate wins and losses, and generate actionable insights that help the business prioritize where to spend time to drive revenue. The role requires strong critical thinking and business reasoning skills, as they will partner closely with stakeholders to translate model outputs into real decisions and continuously improve model performance through dashboards and internal tools. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with propensity modeling and a background in math, computer science, or business analytics, with exposure to tools like Databricks or AI-driven solutions considered a plus.
