Key Responsibilities

• Invite and encourage walk‑in applicants to apply to IQOR
• Assist candidates in completing the Recruiting AI process
• Participate in job caravans and on‑ground hiring activities
• Distribute flyers to potential applicants
• Provide insights and suggestions on effective job caravan locations and marketing strategies

• Willing to travel and join job caravans
