Job Description

This Energy and Infrastructure team is currently recruiting a Projects and Construction Solicitor. The team advises project companies, contractors, service providers, funders and public sector clients in the UK and Ireland on social and economic infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors including education, health, transport, wastewater, municipal waste and social housing.
In this role you will work on a wide variety of infrastructure and construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Advising on project documents including project agreements, building contracts, facilities management contracts, appointment agreements, collateral warranties, direct agreements, bonds, guarantees, supplemental agreements and variation agreements
Advising on the projects aspects of the procurement, funding, construction and operation of infrastructure projects (including in respect of the operational aspects of PPP/PFI/NPD/hub DBFM projects)
