Job Overview

Permanent, full‑time Project Tracker based at our head office in Ville St‑Laurent.

Responsibilities

• Find, organize and share planning, submission and current projects throughout Canada using Insight/CDC, SEAO and other accessible programs to their maximum potential.
  • Projects from architects & designers driven by the specification team
  • Projects without architects & designers (by contractor only) for the sales team
• Critical Information Report (North America Specification); number of projects, estimated total value of projects & project yield for each spec
• Visualization Reports for management and Canadian sales teams: Include both a list of active projects to follow and a list of important projects in preparation
• Establish, develop, and maintain relations with General Contractors/Developers
