Project Setup & Salesforce Data Integrity
Create, validate and maintain project records in Salesforce from initiation through to closure. Ensure that all required project, commercial, delivery and resourcing information is accurately captured and updated. Act as a key owner of Salesforce project and resourcing data quality for the IMEA region Ensure that projects are correctly set up before kick off, with all mandatory information completed and validated. Monitor project records throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that changes to scope, dates, staffing, status, or commercial information are accurately reflected. Follow up with Account Managers, Project Leads, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve missing, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information.
