Job Title: Project Support Specialist
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Primarily onsite; potential hybrid flexibility based on performance and business need)
Contract Type: 12-month contract
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour

Project Specialist will support electric distribution operations within the NSPW region (Wisconsin and part of Michigan). This role provides coordination support to a team of four senior work coordinators and assists with lower-complexity tasks to allow senior staff to focus on higher-priority projects.

Project Specialist is an integral part of the operations support team and plays a key role in maintaining scheduling accuracy, supporting construction readiness, and ensuring timely communication with both internal teams and external customers.
