Project Support Officer (Technology & Change)

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in York)
Salary: £28,764 - £33,237

We're recruiting for a Project Support Officer to join a busy technology and change team, supporting the delivery of multiple projects across the organisation.

The Role

You'll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to help coordinate project activity, maintain documentation, track progress, and ensure projects remain on schedule.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of technology and business change projects
Maintain project plans, reports, risk logs (RAID), and documentation
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications
Track actions, milestones, dependencies, and risks
Produce project updates and management reports
Support change and user adoption activities
Assist with continuous improvement of project processes
