Project Superintendent- Construction

To provide on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects in Central Florida, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

No travel outside of Central Florida is required. Our standard work schedule is 40 hours per week. (Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.) This position will require work outside standard working hours, as needed, for project specific requirements.

Must have previous experience as construction project superintendent or equivalent experience.
