:The opportunity:
As a Project Specialist (technical) at Hitachi Energy NZ Ltd., you will be instrumental in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of transformer projects, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budget. You will provide technical expertise across various project phases, contributing to Hitachi's commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will manage transformer projects from handover to delivery, monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track.
You will facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
You will prepare and present regular project status reports, identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
