Project Specialist - Hardgoods & Accessories

As a Project Specialist – Hardgoods and Accessories, you support the Complex and Long Lead Projects workstream by guiding products from concept, through development, to commercialization. You build and manage timelines, work‑back schedules, and key milestones, coordinating closely with internal teams and managing communication with external partners, creatives, and brands. You oversee multiple overlapping calendars with different scopes and deliverables, ensuring cross‑functional teams stay aligned. You support longer‑term initiatives beyond the product calendar by managing inputs, timing, outputs, communication, and overall coordination across project teams.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
