Project Site Engineer

Project Management & Site Supervision

- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for residential construction projects

- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, and building codes

- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using PERT/CPM and S-curves

- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management



Technical & Engineering Work

- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans and drawings

- Conduct structural analysis and ensure proper implementation of reinforced concrete works

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material requisitions

- Evaluate and recommend value engineering solutions when needed



Quality Control & Safety

- Implement and enforce quality control standards on-site

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and code standards
