Principal Functions And Responsibilities

Pre-development Tasks

• Receives from the immediate superior a copy of approved plans, specifications, and cost estimate, a copy of the contractor's agreement, and studies/familiarizes with the details of these documents.
• Receives from immediate superior a copy of the approved CPM or construction schedule, plans for validation, and makes necessary revisions, if any.
• Attends initial discussion with Contractors of upcoming projects.
• Assist the Construction Head in the conduct of project orientation with the Contractors and their respective personnel intended to be deployed to the project.
• Conducts preliminary survey of the project site together with the Planning and Design Department and the Contractor's representative.
• Identification and construction of temporary facilities if the agreed and approved location at the project site.
