Project Site Coordinator- Laughlin, TX

**KOMAN Sustainable Solutions LLC** is looking for a Project Site Coordinator to support our On-Site project in Laughlin, TX. The Project Site Coordinator provides daily field coordination and quality support for construction projects by maintaining an active presence on the jobsite, managing punch list activities, monitoring work progress, and assisting the Quality Control Manager with inspections, submittals, and documentation. This position serves as a key liaison between project management and subcontractors to ensure project deficiencies are identified, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Perform recurring inspections of assigned project areas to identify deficiencies and incomplete work.
+ Document and communicate deficiencies, assign corrective actions to subcontractors, and maintain room-specific punch lists.
