General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Project Scope Management: Define, develop, and maintain project scope statements, work breakdown structures (WBS), and scope management plans. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, establish project objectives, and define deliverables. Monitor project scope, identify scope changes, and assess their potential impact on project objectives and schedule. Implement change control procedures to manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project goals. Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess project quality and identify areas for improvement.
