Project Scheduler

**Position Summary**

The Project Scheduler develops, manages and updates project schedules to align Owner capacity timelines, general contractor timelines and overall project objectives. This role supports mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structured cabling scopes and partners with project management and field teams to provide resource projections, impact analyses, progress updates and client-facing schedule reports.

**Position Details**

+ Analyze bid-day schedules for feasibility and risk and prepare interview presentation schedules when required to support preconstruction planning and project pursuits.
+ Develop detailed Takt and CPM logic schedules with Project Management and Supervision; establish the baseline using the general contractor's contract schedule and accurately integrate MEP and structured cabling scopes.
