Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Project Safety Specialist partners with site leadership and craft personnel to promote a proactive, behavior-based safety culture. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on both compliance and engagement. Minimum Qualifications * OSHA 500 (Construction Trainer) - required * Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience * Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical/report writing Preferred Qualifications * CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) certification * Background in construction trades or the power/utility industry * Experience working on large-scale or complex job sites Core Safety Knowledge & Training Candidates should have training and working knowledge in: * Excavation & trenching safety * Confined space entry * Fall protection systems * Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) * NFPA 70E and general elec...
