What You’ll Do

• Lead the full sub-contract procurement process – from enquiries to signed agreements
• Review and negotiate competitive subcontractor quotations
• Manage valuations and payments , ensuring accurate and timely accounts
• Take ownership of final accounts and client variations , securing best value
• Support key monthly CVR and P&L reporting to track project performance
• Prepare and submit applications for payment with confidence and accuracy
• Carry out site measurements to keep projects on track and on budget
• Support and mentor junior team members , helping them thrive
• Be an active voice in project meetings , collaborating across teams
