Project Quantity Surveyor

An Immediate requirement. Seeking a bright, indepndently capable and hard-working Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join a niche and expanding cost team (of four surveyors) within an independent PM business of c Project Managers in Our client has a resolute reputation within the London consultancy market.

Major projects (along with others) are £m commercial office (city of London), £m PBSA in Southwest London, £m PBSA in Battersea, £m post contract in City of London, along with some smaller fit outs c£1-5m and lots of feasibility studies.

Project Surveyors must be able to run a project from inception to completion including being active with measurement tasks.

Generous salary to £k basic (for those MRICS), Private medical care, 5% Employer contribution, Life Insurance at 4x salary, RICS fees paid + discretionary bonus
