Main Tasks
Lead quality assurance efforts within customer development projects.
Ensure compliance with both customer-specific and internal quality requirements from project initiation to closure.
Develop and implement robust control plans for various project phases up to serial production. Provide transparency on project quality status to the project team, Steering Committee, and OE Quality Organization, and initiate escalation processes if quality targets are not met.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific and internal quality requirements to achieve timely customer PPAP approval.
Serve as the Quality representative in customer development projects from project approval to closure, leading interactions with the customer’s quality representative throughout the APQP process.
