Project Quality Engineer

1. Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related disputes involving third-party vendors on-site.
2. Lead Joint Inspections with customer representatives and other vendors to reach a consensus on technical issues.
3. Perform on-site forensic analysis of material discrepancies (e.g. Quantity mismatch, fitment issues, material grade mismatches, or performance failures)
4. Utilize data and physical evidence to determine whether a quality issue originates from our product, others products or improper site integration
5. Generate report that document findings with photos, measurements, and references to spec sheets
6. Inspect incoming materials from Greatech to on site with 3rd parties and have a proper hand shake agreement on material quantity and quality.
7. Translate complex technical disputes into clear, actionable summaries to Quality Manager, Project Engineer and Account Manager.
