Develops business plans, objectives, and initiatives for the organization. Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results. Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues. Manages and executes HR projects, collaborates with cross-functional HR teams, and sets tactical and strategic priorities.
