The Wayside Domestic is a pivot for a sustainable and profitable business of D&IS in Italy. It leads the execution and overall Alstom performance with regards to Wayside Signaling Projects (Interlocking, ERTMS and TMS technologies) for the Italian market. 
Manages and coordinates a portfolio of Projects assigned to a team of Project Managers accountable for the related QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance) commitments. The Project Portfolio Manager is the line manager of those project managers.
