Project Planner

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a Project Planner to support our clients growing project portfolio in Vaasa, Finland.

In this role, you will work as part of the planning team supporting a portfolio of projects, including both EEQ (Engineering, Estimating & Quotation) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) phases. The position focuses on schedule development and coordination, stakeholder engagement and integration with supporting functions, using modern Primavera planning tools.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
• Manage multiple projects in parallel within a portfolio-based planning environment
• Coordinate closely with engineering, estimating, procurement and other supporting functions to ensure schedule alignment
