Project Planner

Job Purpose

The Project Controls Planner is responsible for developing, managing, and controlling project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure the successful and timely delivery of Substation Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects. This role supports Project Managers and commercial teams by providing accurate planning, progress tracking, forecasting, and schedule impact analysis across all phases of substation construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules for substation projects using Primavera P6 .
• Establish baseline, recovery, and revised programmes in line with contract requirements.
• Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity logic, and key project milestones .
