Project Planner - Bergen

**Introduction**:
We are looking for an available Project Planner in Bergen.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving project execution by establishing, managing, and optimizing integrated project schedules. You will ensure alignment across all phases and provide clear and timely reporting to stakeholders.
**- Responsibilities**:
- Create, maintain, and update project plans in Primavera (P6)
- Establish baseline plans according to contractual and project requirements
- Perform schedule reporting internally and externally
- Monitor project critical path and propose mitigating actions
- Participate in risk and criticality assessments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead planning activities for major EPC(I) projects
- Analyze schedules and support mitigation actions
**- Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience may compensate)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant planning experience
