We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Project & Operations Director to support our growing creative agency. This is a hybrid role combining hands‑on project management for client work and operations leadership, aimed at helping us scale smartly and sustainably.

We're a small, senior team building high‑impact brand and digital experiences for ambitious B2 B clients across the UK, EU, and the US, working with independent creative freelancers and digital contractors. Projects typically range from brand identity design and website development to ongoing creative retainers.
