De afdeling ‘Program Management Life Insurance’ vormt een echte brug tussen de business en het departement IS. Wij zorgen voor de coördinatie, het plannen en realiseren van automatiserings-, verbeterings- en changeprojecten. Onze afdeling omvat twee entiteiten:

Applications Support Life Insurance biedt de nodige ondersteuning in het kader van de huidige processen & projecten en een goede werkingskwaliteit van de applicaties te garanderen.

Projects Architecture Life Insurance werkt aan nieuwe projecten/processen binnen de bestaande omgeving en bouwt de toekomstige business architectuur.
Om deze afdeling te versterken zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Project Officer - Applications Support.
En als dit nu jouw volgende job wordt?
Je biedt support aan gebruikers van de informatica-systemen van ‘Operations Life Insurance’ van Bank & Broker Channel.
