The Kelly Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator for our Decatur, Illinois facility, to oversee industrial and commercial projects from pre-bid to completion.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare detailed estimates for civil, structural, and mechanical projects
+ Focus on concrete foundations, structural steel, and heavy equipment installation
+ Supervise, coordinate, and support superintendents and field crews
+ Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings to assess scope and constructability
+ Review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts
+ Lead pre-job planning meetings covering scope, schedule, manpower, sequencing, safety, and special requirements
