Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering with 8 to 15 years of experience in BIM/MEP Space. Extensive experience in managing and executing multiple BIM projects as a Project Manager. Proven experience to handle Global projects specifically USA projects ranging Commercial, Residential, Industrial and mixed large scale projects. Expertise in Revit and strong knowledge of BIM software and tools – Navisworks, BIM 360 Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Leadership abilities to guide and motivate the project team. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in BIM. Estimating reliable man hours of BIM Modelling tasks. Experience in MEP projects is highly desirable.
