Project Manager – Zoho Solutions & Client Success

Automate Accounts ( is seeking a Lead Zoho Consultant to own solution design, client advisory, and delivery across the Zoho ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, architecting scalable systems, and leading implementation teams.

You will work directly with business owners and leadership teams to understand operational challenges, design solutions using Zoho applications, and guide a team of developers through successful implementation.

Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Zoho-based solutions, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and acting as the primary client-facing contact. Role focuses on delivering projects for international clients (Canada, USA and other markets) and driving success measured by on-time delivery, client satisfaction, project profitability, resource utilization, quality of deliverables, and client retention/expansion.
