Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho applications for clients. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, client coordination, requirement gathering, team management, implementation, testing, training, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete Zoho implementation projects including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Recruit , and other Zoho applications.
Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis sessions with clients.
Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and support teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
