The Trust Operating Model is one of the highest profile and critical projects that the Trust is currently undertaking. The programme directly responds to our developmental well-led review recommendations, and the views of colleagues across the organisation, who felt that accountability, decision-making, roles and responsibilities and ways of working could and should be improved.

The first phase of the TOM programme focused on structuring the leadership tier of the organisation and led to changes in our clinical divisional structures and corporate structures. There is now significant work to do to fully implement and embed the phase 1 work, alongside the design and delivery of future phases of the programme
