Key Responsibilities:

+ Observes, evaluates, and supervises day-to-day operations of operators in a lower classification, ensuring production efficiency aligns with daily task objectives.
+ Facilitates daily production by communicating directing daily activities, scheduling operator work tasks, and following up on work results.
