- Report to Project HOD/ Project Sponsor/ Directors and communicate with all team members
- To prepare cost budget and negotiate with all sub-contractors on scope of works and final cost
- To oversee entire project, include mechanical, electrical services and architectural works
- Hold regular client meeting/ subcon meeting, prepare weekly report and MS project macro and micro schedule for all trades Coordinate, instruct, update individual services
- To plan and coordinate between client, main contractor, colleagues, sub-contractors and vendors to schedule and sequence of work
- Ensure deliverables is according to specification and drawing
- To update as-built drawing according to individual services
- To understand and perform the requirement according to the local standard and comply to the authority's requirement
