About the Role

This role will focus on initiatives that improve patient flow, reduce clinical risk, and enhance care, while aligning with constraints in funding, workforce, space, and infrastructure. It is critical to translating recommendations into practical, sustainable service improvements to ensure project objectives and business needs are met.

Key deliverables include: Women-centred care that meets rights and needs; Safe, high-quality clinical outcomes; Strong quality assurance and system performance; Equitable access and outcomes for all populations; Embedding the principles of TeTiritioWaitangi.
